Organic flaxseed oil: 340 mg
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob, yellow beeswax, non-GMO sunflower lecithin and natural vitamin E from sunflower oil. The softgels contain gelatin and beeswax and are therefore not vegetarian or vegan.
 
The formula is labelled free from dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, artificial colours, preservatives and sweeteners.
