Adults seeking traditional herbal support for mild arthritis, rheumatic or gout-related discomfort. Evidence for celery seed in these conditions remains limited, and it should not replace prescribed uric-acid-lowering medication or medical assessment of a hot, red, swollen joint.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1.2–1.7 mL—approximately 35–50 drops—three to four times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
 
Depending on the dose used, the 250 mL bottle provides approximately a 37- to 69-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you are allergic to celery, carrots or other plants in the Apiaceae—formerly Umbelliferae—family.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have diabetes or a kidney disorder. Ask our pharmacist before combining it with diabetes medication, diuretics, blood-pressure medication, blood thinners or prescribed treatment for gout.
 
Celery seed may increase sensitivity to ultraviolet light. Limit prolonged sun exposure, sunbathing and tanning-bed use while taking it, and use appropriate sun protection.
 
Stop use if an allergic reaction develops. Celery allergy can occasionally be severe; facial or throat swelling, wheezing or difficulty breathing requires emergency care. Seek prompt assessment for a first episode of suspected gout, fever with a swollen joint, inability to bear weight or symptoms that persist or worsen.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Medicinal ingredient: certified-organic celery seed (Apium graveolens) in a 1:4 tincture. Each 1 mL contains the equivalent of 250 mg of dried celery seed.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: distilled water and certified-organic alcohol. Vegan, non-GMO and made in Canada.
