HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal containing oil or fat to support absorption of lutein, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin.
 
At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take it a few hours before or after other medications and natural health products, particularly tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, because the formula contains zinc.
 
Review your combined zinc, copper and vitamin C intake if you also use a multivitamin or another eye-health supplement. Seek prompt assessment for sudden vision loss, flashing lights, a curtain-like shadow, severe eye pain, new double vision or a sudden increase in floaters.

Black currant 10:1 extract: 400 mg, equivalent to 4,000 mg of dried fruit
Zinc: 15 mg

This formula does not contain beta-carotene. It is vegan, non-GMO and free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and animal-derived ingredients.
