A targeted, unflavoured collagen powder providing 5 g of TENDOFORTE® Bioactive Collagen Peptides® per scoop. These low-molecular-weight Type I and III peptides are derived from bovine skin and hide and are formulated to support tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues.
 
BEST FOR
Adults with activity-related knee discomfort or those supporting recovery from tendon and ligament injuries alongside an appropriate rehabilitation program. TENDOFORTE® has been studied for chronic ankle instability and Achilles tendinopathy, although evidence remains limited. This product does not replace physiotherapy, progressive strengthening or assessment of a significant injury.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Mix 1 scoop—5 g—into 1–2 cups of water or another hot or cold beverage once daily.
 
Use for at least 12 weeks to assess benefit for activity-related knee pain. For joint pain associated with osteoarthritis, use for at least five months. The 250 g container provides approximately 50 daily servings.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask for professional guidance if you have kidney or liver disease or have been instructed to limit your protein intake.
 
Mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. Maintain adequate fluid intake before, during and after exercise. Seek medical assessment for severe pain, marked swelling, inability to bear weight, joint instability or an injury that is not improving.

Each scoop contains 5 g of hydrolyzed TENDOFORTE® Type I and III bovine collagen peptides, naturally providing amino acids including glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, arginine and branched-chain amino acids.
 
Contains bovine-derived collagen and is not vegetarian or vegan. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
