A once-daily women’s multivitamin containing more than 20 vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D3, vitamin K2, B vitamins, iron, iodine and zinc. It also includes fermented nutrients and small amounts of maca, chaste tree, red clover, elderberry, astragalus, ginger and turmeric.

Adult women seeking a convenient, broad-spectrum multivitamin that can be taken once daily. The formula provides nutritional support for energy metabolism, immune function and the maintenance of bones, skin and overall health.
 
This product contains only 3 mg of iron and small amounts of calcium and magnesium. It is not designed to treat iron deficiency or replace a dedicated calcium or magnesium supplement when one is medically required. It is also not a prenatal multivitamin.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily. It may be taken with or without food, including on an empty stomach.
 
Because the formula contains minerals, take it several hours before or after levothyroxine, certain antibiotics, bisphosphonates and other medications whose absorption can be reduced by minerals. Ask our pharmacist for medication-specific timing.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive
Take warfarin or another anticoagulant
Have a thyroid disorder or take thyroid medication
Have a hormone-sensitive condition such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids or a history of breast, uterine or ovarian cancer
Take prescription medication, particularly diabetes, blood-pressure or immunosuppressant medication
 
The formula contains vitamins K1 and K2. People taking warfarin should not suddenly change their vitamin K intake and should use this product only with professional monitoring.
 
Chaste tree and red clover may not be appropriate for everyone with a hormone-sensitive condition. This formula should not be substituted for a prenatal vitamin during pregnancy or while trying to conceive.
 
Possible effects include nausea, digestive discomfort, headache, changes in menstrual symptoms or an allergic reaction. Taking the tablet with food may improve stomach tolerance. Stop use and seek advice if a concerning reaction develops.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in young children. If an accidental overdose occurs, contact a poison-control centre or emergency service immediately.

The formula also contains small proprietary blends made with maca, schisandra, chamomile, chaste tree, red clover, raspberry leaf, eleuthero, elderberry and astragalus, plus ginger and turmeric.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Ingredients used in the fermentation media and tablet include organic soy flour or soybean, soy oil, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, orange peel, alfalfa, carrot powder, acacia gum, maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, palm oil, guar gum, silica and other tablet-coating ingredients.
 
Contains soy. This product is vegetarian and NSF Certified Gluten-Free but should not be described as soy-free or vegan.
