HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: take 1 capsule twice daily. Take the first dose in the morning and the second earlier in the day. Do not take it immediately before bedtime, as it may interfere with sleep.
 
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have bipolar or bipolar-spectrum disorder. Consult our pharmacist before use if you take antidepressants, hormone-replacement therapy or hormonal birth control. Consultation is also recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use if irritability or insomnia develops.
