HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Chew 1 wafer daily or follow the directions of a healthcare practitioner. At the labelled dose, 180 wafers provide a 180-day supply.

MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek professional advice before use if you have kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, hemochromatosis or another iron-overload disorder.
 
Vitamin C can increase iron absorption. Check your combined intake if you also use a multivitamin, iron supplement or another high-dose vitamin C product. Excessive intake may cause nausea, heartburn, abdominal cramps or diarrhea.
 
These wafers contain approximately 2 g of sugar and are acidic. Chew completely, avoid holding them against the teeth and rinse your mouth with water afterward to help protect tooth enamel.
 
INGREDIENT & ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Each wafer provides vitamin C 500 mg from sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid, citrus bioflavonoids and hesperidin, rose-hip powder and rutin.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include dextrose, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural peach, passionfruit and mango flavours, natural colours, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, citric acid and silica. Review the physical label because flavour-specific ingredients may change.
 
Vegetarian, vegan and non-GMO. Labelled free from dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, sesame, eggs, fish, shellfish, animal-derived ingredients, tree nuts, artificial preservatives and artificial sweeteners.
