This supplement does not treat heart failure, high blood pressure, arrhythmia or another cardiovascular condition.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
The labelled daily dose provides 2,000 mg of L-taurine. At two capsules daily, the 120-capsule bottle provides a 60-day supply.

Taurine may influence blood pressure and fluid or electrolyte regulation. Monitoring may be appropriate when it is combined with medication that affects these systems.
 
Possible adverse effects can include nausea, headache or digestive discomfort. Stop use and seek advice if an unexpected or allergic reaction develops.
 
Do not discontinue prescribed cardiovascular medication or use taurine to self-treat chest pain, palpitations, swelling or shortness of breath. Seek prompt medical attention for chest pressure, fainting, severe breathing difficulty or a new rapid or irregular heartbeat.

Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid-like compound, but unlike most amino acids, it is not incorporated into the body’s proteins.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Vegetarian capsule made from carbohydrate gum or cellulose and purified water, hydroxypropylcellulose, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silica.
 
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Labelled free from dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, artificial colours, preservatives and sweeteners.
