A natural vanilla-flavoured liquid providing a 2:1 ratio of magnesium to calcium. Each tablespoon supplies 500 mg of magnesium citrate, 250 mg of calcium citrate and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3 to support muscle function and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

Adults who prefer a liquid supplement or need a magnesium-forward formula. It may be useful when dietary intake is inadequate, but the appropriate calcium-to-magnesium balance depends on the individual’s diet and health needs.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Shake well before each use. Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once daily with a meal, a few hours before or after medications or other supplements. Do not drink directly from the bottle. At the labelled dose, one bottle provides approximately 30 servings. Store in a cool, dry place—do not refrigerate.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Separate this product from levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates and other medications as directed by a pharmacist. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, elevated calcium levels or a condition affecting calcium or vitamin D metabolism. Avoid combining it with other high-dose calcium, magnesium or vitamin D products unless advised. Magnesium may cause loose stools or diarrhea. This product contains xylitol; keep it away from dogs, as xylitol is highly toxic to them.
