HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 30 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition. This includes significant immune suppression caused by illness, chemotherapy, transplant medication or another immunosuppressive treatment unless specifically approved by the treating healthcare professional.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a central venous catheter, have a serious underlying medical condition or take prescription medication.
 
If you use medication for diabetes, cholesterol or weight management, continue taking it as prescribed. Monitor according to your healthcare professional’s instructions and do not reduce or stop medication based on probiotic use or changes in weight.
 
Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. These symptoms require assessment and should not be treated by adding a probiotic alone.
 
Probiotics may initially cause gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive upset develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.

Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL-60 and CUL-21: 25.2 billion CFU
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum CUL-66: 16.5 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL-34 and Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL-20: 8.3 billion CFU

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Cellulose, hypromellose, sunflower lecithin and silica.
 
Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and labelled soy-free. It contains sunflower lecithin, not soy lecithin. The formula is non-GMO tested and contains no added fructooligosaccharides.
