HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Avoid taking it at bedtime.
 
At the labelled dose of 4 capsules daily, the 90-capsule bottle provides approximately 22 days. Because the recommended trial is at least one month, more than one bottle is required to complete the minimum trial period.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take an antiplatelet medication, warfarin or another blood thinner
Take diabetes medication or another prescription medication
Have gallstones, a blocked bile duct, a stomach ulcer or excess stomach acid
Have an allergy to shrimp, crab or other crustaceans
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are preparing for surgery
 
Glucosamine may affect blood-glucose monitoring and can increase warfarin’s anticoagulant effect in some people. Curcumin, boswellia and devil’s claw may also interact with medications or affect bleeding risk.
 
Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if joint symptoms worsen.
 
Possible adverse effects include nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, bloating or other digestive discomfort. Seek prompt assessment for a hot, red or markedly swollen joint, fever, sudden severe pain, inability to bear weight or pain following a significant injury.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Glucosamine hydrochloride from shellfish: 1,600 mg
MSM: 800 mg
Chondroitin sulfate from bovine sources: 720 mg
Devil’s-claw root-tuber 4:1 extract: 200 mg
Boswellia extract standardized to 45% boswellic acids: 200 mg
Curcumin from turmeric rhizome: 192 mg
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and vegetable capsule.
 
Contains crustacean shellfish and bovine-derived chondroitin. Although the capsule is vegetable-based, the complete product is not vegetarian or vegan.
Labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, sugar, corn, genetically modified ingredients, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
