A fragrance-free, non-greasy homeopathic cream formulated with mother tinctures of arnica, bryonia, calendula and wild rosemary. Its cream texture is well suited to gently massaging sore muscles and joints.

Adults and children aged two years and older seeking temporary relief of muscle or joint pain, bruising and swelling associated with minor falls, blows or overexertion.
 
Arnicare is a homeopathic medicine. Evidence supporting homeopathy beyond placebo has not been established, and it should not replace appropriate assessment or proven treatment for a significant injury.
 
HOW TO USE IT
Apply a thin layer to the affected area as soon as possible and massage gently until absorbed. Repeat up to three times daily or use as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Wash your hands after application unless the hands are the treated area.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
For external use only. Do not apply to the eyes, mouth, mucous membranes, open wounds, infected areas, oozing skin conditions or otherwise damaged skin.
 
Do not use if you are allergic to arnica or other plants in the daisy family, including ragweed, chamomile, calendula and chrysanthemums, or to another ingredient in the cream.
 
Stop use if irritation, redness, itching or a rash develops. Consult a healthcare practitioner if pain, bruising or swelling persists or worsens.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment for severe pain, inability to use or bear weight on the injured area, marked swelling or deformity, numbness, a head injury, an unexplained bruise or bruising that occurs while taking a blood thinner.
 
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a poison-control centre or seek medical attention.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Medicinal ingredients: Mother tinctures of Arnica montana, Bryonia, Calendula officinalis and Ledum palustre.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include purified water, pegoxol 7 stearate, lauroyl polyoxylglycerides, glycerin, cetyl palmitate, 1,2-dihydroxyhexane, caprylyl glycol, sorbic acid, carbomer 980, sodium hydroxide and edetate disodium.
Fragrance-free and paraben-free.
 
STORAGE INFORMATION
Store at room temperature. Do not use if the package or tube seal is damaged.
