An easy-to-use, blueberry-flavoured liquid providing bioactive L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate rather than conventional folic acid. Each drop also contains methylcobalamin vitamin B12. Folate supports red blood cell formation, healthy metabolism and immune function and helps prevent folate deficiency.
 
BEST FOR
Children aged one year and older, adolescents and adults who need a flexible liquid source of folate. It may also suit people who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Folate is especially important before conception and during early pregnancy, but the appropriate total intake should be confirmed when combining it with a prenatal vitamin.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Children 1–3 years: Take 1 drop daily.
Children 4–8 years: Take 2 drops daily.
Adolescents 9–13 years: Take 3 drops daily.
Adolescents 14–18 years: Take 4 drops daily.
Adults 19 years and older: Take 5 drops daily.
 
Women aged 14 years and older should consult a healthcare practitioner to determine whether additional folate is appropriate before using this product for pregnancy planning.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
The adult dose supplies 1,000 mcg of folate and 100 mcg of vitamin B12 daily. Check your combined intake if you also use a prenatal vitamin, multivitamin or B-complex.
 
Ask our pharmacist before use if you take methotrexate, an anticonvulsant or another medication that interacts with folate. Persistent fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, numbness or tingling should be medically assessed rather than automatically treated with folate, since these symptoms may have causes requiring specific treatment.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Non-medicinal ingredients include purified water, glycerin, natural blueberry flavour, natural flavour, potassium phosphate, potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, disodium EDTA and stevia.
 
Vegan, non-GMO and free from gluten, dairy, wheat, yeast, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial preservatives and animal-derived ingredients. Soy is not listed among the ingredients, although the manufacturer does not specifically display a soy-free claim.
