Adults experiencing occasional restlessness, nervousness or difficulty sleeping during periods of mental stress. California poppy is used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and nervousness and as a sleep aid.
 
Persistent insomnia can be related to stress, depression, sleep apnea, medications, pain or another health condition and should be properly assessed.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1–2 tablets once daily with water. When used as a sleep aid, take the dose approximately one hour before bedtime as needed.
Depending on the dose, 30 tablets provide a 15- to 30-day supply.

Do not use during pregnancy. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use while breastfeeding.
 
Drowsiness may occur. Avoid alcohol and do not combine it with sleeping pills, sedatives, opioids, sedating antihistamines or other products that cause drowsiness or have pain-relieving properties without professional approval. Use caution when driving or operating machinery.
 
Ask a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness continues for more than four weeks. Do not use if you are allergic to California poppy or another ingredient in the product. Keep out of reach of children.

Each tablet contains 503.9 mg of a 1.191:1 soft extract concentrate made from fresh California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) flowering aerial parts, equivalent to 600 mg of dried herb.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide and glyceryl distearate.
 
Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. The California poppy is organically grown in Switzerland. NPN 80141151.
