HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take one softgel daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Maintain an adequate dietary calcium intake unless your healthcare provider advises otherwise. One bottle provides approximately a one-year supply when taken once daily.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Check the total vitamin D supplied by all multivitamins, calcium products and other supplements before use. Consult your pharmacist if you take digoxin, thiazide diuretics, anticonvulsants, corticosteroids, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, orlistat, antacids or vitamin D analogues. Do not use if you have high blood or urinary calcium. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism or another condition affecting calcium levels. Stop use and seek advice if unusual weakness, fatigue, confusion, loss of appetite, excessive thirst, frequent urination, nausea or vomiting occurs, as these may indicate elevated calcium.
