HOW TO TAKE IT

MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult your pharmacist before use if you take warfarin or another anticoagulant because this formula contains vitamin K2. Its minerals may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonate medications, so additional dose separation may be required. Check before combining it with other multivitamins or high-dose B-complex products to avoid unnecessary duplication. Stop use and seek advice if persistent tingling, numbness or other unusual symptoms develop. According to the manufacturer, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
