HOW TO TAKE IT

The formula contains iodine. Individuals with thyroid disease or those taking levothyroxine should confirm that the iodine content is appropriate and separate the gummies from thyroid medication as directed by a pharmacist.

Check your combined nutrient intake if you also use another multivitamin or separate vitamin A, D, zinc or selenium products. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the recommended dose.
