HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1.5–2 mL—approximately 45–60 drops—three times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
 
When using it specifically for night sweats, take the full daily amount one hour before bedtime. Depending on the dose used, the 50 mL bottle provides approximately an 8- to 11-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have epilepsy or another seizure disorder. Sage naturally contains thujone and should not be used in doses exceeding the label directions.
 
Ask our pharmacist before use if you take anticonvulsants or other medication for a seizure disorder. Customers using menopausal hormone therapy or prescription treatment for hot flashes should also confirm that sage is appropriate before combining therapies.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop use if an allergic reaction, unusual dizziness, tremor or other concerning neurological symptoms develop. This tincture contains alcohol.
