Adults looking for a comprehensive magnesium supplement rather than a single magnesium form. The formula combines magnesium oxide, citrate, malate, bisglycinate, orotate, taurate and L-threonate.
 
Magnesium supplementation may be helpful when dietary intake is inadequate, but it is not a treatment for persistent muscle cramps, irregular heartbeat, anxiety, insomnia or another medical condition. Ongoing symptoms should be assessed for their underlying cause.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
The full daily dose provides 500 mg of elemental magnesium. At two tablets daily, the 120-tablet bottle provides a 60-day supply.
 
Taking the tablets with meals and dividing the daily dose may improve digestive tolerance.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Magnesium can reduce the absorption of certain medications. Ask our pharmacist about appropriate spacing if you take:
Levothyroxine or another thyroid medication
Tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics
Bisphosphonates for osteoporosis
Iron, calcium, zinc or another mineral supplement
 
Depending on the medication, a separation of two to four hours may be required. Follow the instructions provided by your pharmacist or prescriber.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have kidney disease, reduced kidney function, a heart-rhythm disorder or another condition affecting electrolyte balance. Impaired kidneys may be unable to clear excess magnesium, increasing the risk of toxicity.
 
Ask a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you already take another magnesium-containing supplement, laxative or antacid.
 
Magnesium may cause loose stools, diarrhoea, nausea or abdominal cramping. Reduce the dose and seek professional advice if digestive effects become persistent. Stop use and obtain medical care for marked weakness, confusion, difficulty breathing, very low blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Each tablet contains:
Magnesium from oxide, citrate, malate, bisglycinate, orotate, taurate and L-threonate: 250 mg
Manganese from manganese citrate: 0.5 mg
Vitamin B6 from pyridoxine hydrochloride: 1 mg
 
The label provides the combined elemental magnesium amount but does not disclose how much comes from each of the seven forms.

Cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and a tablet coating containing carbohydrate gum, polydextrose, titanium dioxide, triacetin and polyethylene glycol.
 
Vegan, vegetarian, non-GMO and labelled free from dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt and tree nuts. No artificial preservatives, colours or sweeteners.
