These gelatin-free gummies come in naturally flavoured citrus and raspberry varieties without artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Children three years and older who need help filling nutritional gaps due to selective eating, limited food variety or increased nutritional needs.
 
This formula does not contain iron and provides only selected nutrients. It should complement—not replace—a varied diet containing protein, vegetables, fruit, whole grains and calcium-rich foods.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Children 3–8 years: Chew 1 gummy daily with food.
Adolescents 9–18 years: Chew 1 gummy daily with food.
 
Take the gummy a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At one gummy daily, the 180-gummy bottle provides approximately a six-month supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
These gummies should only be given to children who can chew and swallow them safely. An adult should supervise use and treat the product as a supplement—not candy.
 
Do not exceed the recommended dose or combine it with another multivitamin without reviewing the total amounts of vitamin A, vitamin D, zinc, iodine and other overlapping nutrients.
 
The formula contains preformed vitamin A as retinyl palmitate. Consult a healthcare practitioner before combining it with another vitamin A supplement or using it for a child with liver disease or another medical condition.
 
Take it several hours apart from levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics and other medications whose absorption may be affected by minerals. Ask our pharmacist to confirm the appropriate spacing.
 
The gummies contain glucose syrup and cane sugar. Regularly exposing the teeth to gummy supplements may contribute to cavities. Have the child chew the gummy with a meal and brush their teeth regularly.
 
Keep securely out of reach of children. Accidental consumption of a large quantity requires prompt advice from a poison-control centre or healthcare professional.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Glucose syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavours, carnauba wax, coconut oil and natural colours from annatto extract, carrot juice and blueberry juice powder.
 
ALLERGEN AND DIETARY INFORMATION
Labelled free from dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and genetically modified ingredients.
 
Contains coconut oil. Customers with a coconut allergy should avoid the product or consult an allergist before use.
 
Gelatin-free and suitable for vegetarians. The manufacturer does not label this product as vegan.
