WHY WE STOCK IT
A convenient, tangy-orange effervescent drink providing 100 mg of elemental magnesium and 325 mg of vitamin C in each premeasured packet. Magnesium supports normal muscle function, while vitamin C supports connective-tissue formation, wound healing and antioxidant protection.
 
The formula also contains sodium, calcium and potassium carbonates, which create its effervescent texture and contribute electrolytes.
 
BEST FOR
Adults, adolescents and children four years and older who prefer a fizzy magnesium drink instead of capsules. Individually packaged servings are convenient for travel, work, school or keeping in a gym bag.
 
This is a buffered magnesium blend containing magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide. It should not be described as a fully reacted bis-glycinate product.
 
Although it contains several electrolytes, their amounts are not fully quantified on the label. MagPop! is not a replacement for an oral rehydration solution during vomiting, significant diarrhea, heat illness or severe dehydration.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Empty one packet into a glass, add 150–250 mL of water and allow it to fizz. Stir if needed and drink.
 
Labelled daily directions:
Children 4–8 years: Take 1 packet daily.
Adolescents and adults 9 years and older: Take 1 packet 1–2 times daily.
At the labelled dose, 35 packets provide a 35-day supply when taken once daily or approximately 17 days when taken twice daily.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Magnesium can reduce the absorption of certain medications. Separate it from:
Levothyroxine by at least 4 hours
Tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics by the interval directed by your pharmacist
Bisphosphonate osteoporosis medications by at least 2 hours
Iron, calcium and zinc supplements by approximately 2 hours when optimal absorption is important
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have kidney disease or reduced kidney function. Magnesium and potassium may accumulate when kidney function is impaired.
 
Ask our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication or use another magnesium, vitamin C or electrolyte product.
 
Possible effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort or loose stools. Xylitol may also cause gas or diarrhea, particularly when more than one packet is consumed. Reduce the dose or stop use if digestive symptoms develop.
 
Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs. Store unused packets and prepared drinks securely away from pets and seek emergency veterinary care immediately if a dog consumes the product.
 
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if the packet or outer safety seal is damaged.

NON-MEDICINAL AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Citric acid, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate, stevia, xylitol, tapioca maltodextrin, quercetin, beta-carotene, silicon dioxide, orange-juice powder and natural orange flavour.
 
The sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate and potassium carbonate provide electrolytes.
 
Vegan, non-GMO and labelled free from gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
 
STORAGE
Store unopened packets in a cool, dry place. Protect them from heat and moisture. Use a packet immediately after opening.
