WHY WE STOCK IT
A gentle, non-stimulant osmotic laxative containing polyethylene glycol 3350. It draws water into the stool to make it softer and easier to pass, without directly stimulating the bowel. The unflavoured powder dissolves in common beverages and contains no additional medicinal ingredients.
 
BEST FOR
Adults experiencing occasional constipation, particularly when a gentler alternative to stimulant laxatives such as senna is preferred. It may take approximately two to four days to produce a bowel movement, so it is not intended for immediate relief.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Dissolve 17 g—approximately one heaping tablespoon or one dose measured with the marked cap—in 250 mL of water, juice, soft drink, coffee or tea. Stir until completely dissolved and drink once daily. Do not use for longer than seven days unless directed by a healthcare professional. The 238 g bottle provides approximately 14 adult doses.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Take at least two hours before or after other oral medications because laxatives may reduce their absorption. Do not use if you are allergic to polyethylene glycol or have a known or suspected bowel obstruction. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, nausea, vomiting, significant abdominal pain or swelling, kidney disease, or symptoms suggesting appendicitis or an inflamed bowel. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for anyone under 18. Gas, bloating, nausea, loose stools or diarrhea may occur. Stop use and seek medical advice for severe diarrhea, rectal bleeding, worsening pain or constipation that persists beyond seven days.
