An affordable day-and-night combination medicine for temporary relief of multiple cold and flu symptoms. Both formulas relieve headache, fever, minor aches, dry cough and nasal congestion; the night caplet also contains an antihistamine for runny nose and sneezing.
 
BEST FOR
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older experiencing several cold or flu symptoms at the same time. It provides temporary symptom relief but does not kill the virus, shorten the illness or replace antiviral treatment when influenza or COVID-19 therapy is appropriate.
 
Choose a simpler, single-ingredient medicine when only one symptom requires treatment to avoid unnecessary ingredients and side effects.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Day: Take 1 yellow caplet every 4–6 hours. If one caplet does not provide relief, take 2 caplets at the next dose.
Night: Take 1–2 blue caplets at bedtime.
 
Do not take day and night caplets together. Do not take more than a combined total of 8 caplets within 24 hours, and do not exceed the package directions. Children younger than 12 years should not use this product unless directed by a healthcare professional.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Contains acetaminophen. Do not combine it with Tylenol or any other prescription or non-prescription product containing acetaminophen. Taking too much can cause severe or fatal liver damage. Avoid alcohol and consult our pharmacist before use if you have liver disease, regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily or take warfarin.
 
Do not use with an MAO inhibitor or within two weeks of stopping one. Check with our pharmacist before use with antidepressants or other serotonergic medicines because dextromethorphan can contribute to serotonin syndrome.
 
Pseudoephedrine may increase blood pressure and heart rate or cause nervousness and sleeplessness. Consult before use if you have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty urinating because of an enlarged prostate, or take stimulant or blood-pressure medication.
 
The night caplet contains chlorpheniramine and may cause significant drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth or constipation. Do not drive, operate machinery or combine it with alcohol, cannabis, sleep aids, sedatives, opioids or other antihistamines.
 
Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice if fever lasts longer than three days, symptoms worsen or continue beyond seven days, or the cough is persistent or occurs with substantial mucus. Seek urgent care for difficulty breathing, chest pain, confusion, dehydration or a severe allergic or blistering skin reaction.
