Glutamine is produced naturally by the body and is also present in dietary protein.

Supplementation should not replace adequate protein, calories, hydration, sleep or appropriate medical care. It is not an established treatment for “leaky gut,” inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers or irritable bowel syndrome.

HOW TO TAKE IT

Adults: Mix 1 scoop, providing 4.5 g of L-glutamine, into water or another beverage once daily, or follow the directions on the physical container.

At 4.5 g daily, the 300 g container provides approximately 66 servings.

Use the included scoop and consume the prepared drink promptly. Do not exceed the labelled dosage unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.

MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:

• Have kidney or liver disease

• Have been instructed to follow a low-protein diet

• Have a seizure or neurological disorder

• Are undergoing cancer treatment or take prescription medication

Possible effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, bloating, constipation or headache. Reduce the dose or stop use if persistent symptoms develop.

Seek medical assessment for ongoing abdominal pain, blood in the stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent diarrhea or vomiting, fever or significant changes in bowel habits.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is missing or damaged. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight and moisture.
