HOW TO TAKE IT

Chlorella naturally contains vitamin K, which may reduce the effect of warfarin. Do not begin, stop or substantially change your intake without consulting the healthcare professional monitoring your anticoagulation.
 
Possible effects include nausea, abdominal cramping, gas, diarrhea and green stool. Chlorella can also cause an allergic reaction or increased sensitivity to sunlight in some people. Stop use if a rash, swelling, wheezing or severe digestive symptoms develop.
 
Seek emergency care for difficulty breathing or swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat. Keep out of reach of children.

“Broken-cell” means that the alga’s firm outer cell wall has been disrupted to improve digestibility.
 
It does not mean the product is an extract or provides a standardized amount of chlorophyll, vitamin B12 or another nutrient.
 
Chlorella should not replace a reliable vitamin B12 supplement when one is medically or nutritionally required.
