WHY WE STOCK IT
A concentrated extract made from the green outer hull of black walnut. Black walnut has a history of use in herbal medicine as a vermifuge to help expel intestinal worms.

Each capsule provides 150 mg of concentrated green-hull extract in a convenient vegetable capsule.

BEST FOR
Adults who have been advised by a qualified healthcare practitioner to use black walnut for suspected intestinal worms.

This product should not be used as a routine “parasite cleanse.” Persistent digestive symptoms may result from infection, medication, inflammatory bowel disease, food intolerance or another condition requiring proper assessment and testing.

Despite some marketing references to ringworm, an oral black-walnut supplement is not an established treatment for ringworm. Ringworm is a fungal skin infection generally treated with an appropriate topical or prescription antifungal.

HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule five times daily with food and water, or follow the directions on the current physical label.

At five capsules daily, 60 capsules provide a 12-day supply.

Do not exceed the recommended dose or continue treatment beyond the labelled duration without consulting a healthcare practitioner.

Black-walnut hull contains tannins that may reduce the absorption of medications and supplements. Separate it from prescription medication by at least two hours unless your pharmacist recommends otherwise.

Possible adverse effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, headache or irritation of the mouth and digestive tract. Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms develop.

Seek prompt assessment for severe or persistent abdominal pain, bloody stool, ongoing diarrhea, fever, dehydration, anemia, unexplained weight loss or visible worms. Stool testing and prescription treatment may be necessary.

Keep out of reach of children.
