HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults, adolescents and children aged six years and older: take 1 capsule daily. It may be taken with or without food. If using an antibiotic, take this probiotic at least 2–3 hours before or after the antibiotic.
 
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Do not use if you are taking tetracycline or have an immunocompromised condition, including AIDS, lymphoma or long-term corticosteroid treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and seek advice if digestive upset develops, worsens or persists for more than three days.
