Adults looking for a convenient vegan protein drink after exercise, between meals or when dietary protein intake is low. The pea-and-mung-bean blend provides a more complete amino-acid profile than either protein might provide alone.
 
One carton supplies 190 calories and 27 g of protein. It can supplement a meal or snack, but it is not a nutritionally complete meal replacement because it does not provide the full range of vitamins, minerals and calories required from a balanced meal.
 
HOW TO USE IT
Shake well and enjoy chilled. Drink it directly from the carton or use it in a smoothie, overnight oats or another cold preparation.
 
The unopened carton is shelf-stable and may be kept at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 7–10 days; because this is a single-serving carton, consuming it promptly after opening is preferable.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
This product contains pistachios, a tree nut. Do not consume it if you have a pistachio or tree-nut allergy.
 
Pea and mung-bean proteins are legumes. People with serious legume allergies should review the package carefully and consult an allergist if their safe foods have not been established.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner or dietitian before using high-protein beverages regularly if you have kidney disease, significant liver disease, a medically prescribed protein restriction or a metabolic disorder affecting protein handling.
 
The chicory-root fibre may cause gas, bloating, cramping or loose stools in sensitive individuals, especially those with irritable bowel syndrome or sensitivity to inulin and fructans. Begin with a smaller portion if needed.
