HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily. At the labelled dose, 90 capsules provide a 30-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than 12 weeks.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Drowsiness may occur. Avoid alcohol and other products with sedative effects, and use caution when driving or operating machinery. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have kidney, thyroid, autoimmune or liver disease, diabetes or low blood pressure.
 
Check with our pharmacist if you take sedatives, thyroid medication, immunosuppressants or medication for diabetes or blood pressure.
 
Magnesium should be separated from levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates according to your pharmacist’s instructions.
 
The daily dose supplies 75 mg of vitamin B6. Avoid combining it with other high-dose vitamin B6 or B-complex products. Stop use and seek advice if unexplained numbness, burning or tingling develops.
 
INGREDIENT & ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Each capsule provides magnesium 80 mg from buffered magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin C 50 mg, Sensoril® ashwagandha extract 41.6 mg—equivalent to 208 mg of dried root—vitamin B5 33.3 mg and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate 25 mg.
 
Vegan and labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and animal-derived ingredients.
