A single-vitamin formula providing 120 mcg of vitamin K2 as K2VITAL® menaquinone-7 in each softgel. Vitamin K2 helps maintain healthy bones and supports normal vitamin K–dependent processes in the body.
 
The K2VITAL® ingredient is a plant-sourced, soy-free and bioactive all-trans form of MK-7. It is suspended in organic coconut oil, providing an oil base for this fat-soluble vitamin.
 
BEST FOR
Adults seeking a standalone vitamin K2 supplement, including those who already take vitamin D or calcium separately and want control over each individual dose.
 
This product helps maintain bones but does not replace adequate calcium, vitamin D, protein, weight-bearing exercise or prescribed osteoporosis treatment. Evidence is not sufficient to advertise this supplement as preventing heart disease or removing calcium from arteries.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 120 softgels provide a 120-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take warfarin or another blood thinner. Vitamin K can reduce warfarin’s anticoagulant effect and change INR results.
 
Do not begin, discontinue or change the dose of vitamin K while taking warfarin without approval from the clinician managing your anticoagulation. Keeping vitamin K intake consistent is important.
 
Although direct oral anticoagulants such as apixaban and rivaroxaban do not work through vitamin K, anyone taking an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication should still have their complete regimen reviewed before starting a supplement.
 
Ask a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, take prescription medication or are preparing for surgery.
 
Check other multivitamins, bone formulas and D3/K2 products to avoid unintentionally duplicating vitamin K. Keep out of reach of children and do not use if the safety seal is broken.

NON-MEDICINAL AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Organic virgin coconut oil, bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
Contains coconut and bovine gelatin. Although the K2 ingredient is plant-sourced, the complete product is not vegetarian or vegan because its softgel contains bovine gelatin.
 
Non-GMO and labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, sugar, corn, artificial colours, flavours, binders, fillers and preservatives.
 
STORAGE
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Coconut oil melts at approximately 23–27 °C, so the softgel contents may appear solid white when cool or golden and liquid when warm. This normal temperature-related change does not affect product quality.
