HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals containing protein. Take it a few hours before or after other medications.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than 12 weeks.
At the labelled dose, 90 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you take nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take prescription medication—particularly warfarin or another blood thinner—because ingredients such as vitamin K1, curcumin and resveratrol may affect treatment.
 
Consult before use if you have diabetes, iron deficiency, kidney stones, gallstones, a bile-duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, liver or biliary disease, or a history of non-melanoma skin cancer.
 
Niacin may cause mild, temporary flushing. Long-term zinc supplementation can contribute to copper deficiency. Rare, unpredictable liver injury has been reported with green-tea-extract products. Stop use and seek medical advice for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, abdominal pain, nausea, unusual sweating, fatigue or loss of appetite.
