HOW TO TAKE IT

MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take a blood thinner. This formula contains vitamin K2 and should not be started or stopped without professional guidance when taking warfarin or another vitamin K–antagonist anticoagulant.
 
The minerals may interfere with levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates and certain other medicines. Follow your pharmacist’s recommended separation interval.
 
Each serving provides 40 mg of vitamin B6. Avoid combining it with other high-dose B6 or B-complex products unless advised by a healthcare practitioner. Stop use and seek advice if unexplained numbness, tingling or burning develops.
 
Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should review their complete folate and vitamin A intake with a healthcare practitioner. The product supplies beta-carotene rather than preformed vitamin A.
 
Stop use if a hypersensitivity reaction occurs. This container contains enough iron to seriously harm a child; keep it securely out of reach.
