HOW TO TAKE IT
Shake gently before use. For a diluted drink, mix 1 tablespoon (15 mL) into at least 1 cup (240 mL/8 oz) of water. Never drink it undiluted. It can also be added to salad dressings, marinades, sauces, and other recipes.
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Its acidity may irritate the throat or worsen heartburn, reflux, ulcers, or a sensitive stomach. Frequent exposure can damage tooth enamel; dilute well, avoid holding it in your mouth, consider using a straw, and rinse your mouth with plain water afterward. Consult a healthcare practitioner before regular medicinal-style use if you take insulin or other diabetes medication, diuretics, digoxin, or medication that affects potassium. Stop use if it causes persistent digestive discomfort.
