Despite its name, Ortho GlucoFormin does not contain metformin and is not a prescription diabetes medication.

Adults seeking complementary blood-sugar support alongside appropriate nutrition, physical activity and regular medical monitoring.

It does not replace insulin, prescription medication, glucose testing or professional care. It is not suitable for people with type 1 diabetes.

HOW TO TAKE IT

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule with each meal, three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Take it at least 2 hours before or after medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.

At the labelled dose of 3 capsules daily, the 90-capsule bottle provides a 30-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than three months.

MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS

Do not use this product if you take antihypertensive medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:

• Use insulin or another blood-glucose-lowering medication

• Take cholesterol-lowering medication or corticosteroids

• Have type 1 diabetes, thyroid disease, anemia or a chronic gastrointestinal condition

• Have kidney dysfunction, advanced liver disease or a severe immune deficiency

• Have uncontrolled cardiovascular disease or advanced atherosclerosis

• Have a history of stroke, heart attack, heart failure, serious arrhythmia, unstable angina or coronary revascularization

• Are preparing for surgery or take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication

Combining it with diabetes medication may cause blood sugar to fall too low.

Watch for sweating, shaking, dizziness, unusual hunger, confusion or weakness, and follow your established hypoglycemia treatment plan.

Stop use if a laxative effect occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting develops, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

Seek prompt medical care for severe or persistent high blood sugar, repeated low readings, confusion, fainting, breathing difficulty or chest pain. Keep out of reach of children.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains:

• Saberry™ amla-fruit extract: 666.67 mg

  • Concentrated 50–60:1

  • Standardized to 10% beta-glucogallin and 3% gallic acid

• Curcumin C3 Reduct™ tetrahydrocurcuminoids from turmeric rhizome: 33.33 mg

The three-capsule daily dose provides approximately 2,000 mg of amla extract and 100 mg of tetrahydrocurcuminoids.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Sodium stearyl fumarate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin and a hypromellose capsule.
