This formula does not replace a prenatal multivitamin, fibre-rich diet, medical prenatal care or treatment for constipation, diarrhea, vaginal infections or pregnancy complications. It should not be advertised as preventing preterm birth, gestational diabetes, Group B streptococcus, infant allergies or eczema because those outcomes are not established licensed uses for this product.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Women: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 30 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
The label supports use during pregnancy. Anyone wishing to continue it while breastfeeding or use it outside pregnancy can ask a healthcare professional whether this formula remains the best match.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition. This includes significant immune suppression caused by illness, chemotherapy, transplant medication or another immunosuppressive treatment unless specifically approved by the treating healthcare professional.
 
Consult your prenatal-care provider before use if you have a high-risk pregnancy, a central venous catheter, a serious underlying illness or concerns about combining it with medication.
 
Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. During pregnancy, seek prompt assessment for dehydration, persistent vomiting, vaginal bleeding, fluid leakage, regular painful contractions, reduced fetal movement or another urgent symptom.
 
Probiotics may initially cause gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive upset develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the blister packaging has been opened, damaged or tampered with.

Each capsule provides a 10-billion-CFU probiotic consortium containing:
Lactobacillus salivarius CUL-61: 2.25 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL-34 and Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL-20: 6.5 billion CFU
Lactobacillus paracasei CUL-08: 1.25 billion CFU
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Maltodextrin and hypromellose.
 
Vegan and labelled free from dairy, wheat, gluten and added fructooligosaccharides.
 
The Canadian label confirms no added soy. Customers with a severe soy allergy should still inspect the current physical package because formulations and facility allergen statements may change.
