A once-daily, iron-free multivitamin and mineral formula featuring active forms of folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6. It also supplies vitamins A, C, D, E and K, along with iodine, zinc, selenium, chromium, choline, lutein and zeaxanthin.
 
The formula was developed with nutrient requirements associated with common genetic variations in mind. However, it is a fixed multivitamin—not a supplement individually customized from genetic-test results.
 
BEST FOR
Adults seeking a convenient, one-capsule multivitamin without iron, particularly those who prefer L-5-MTHF instead of folic acid and hydroxocobalamin plus adenosylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.
 
It does not diagnose or treat an MTHFR variant, and genetic testing is not required to use it. The formula contains little or no calcium, magnesium and iron, so it does not provide complete coverage of every mineral requirement.
 
This is not a prenatal multivitamin and should not be used to treat iron deficiency or another diagnosed nutrient deficiency without professional guidance.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Take it a few hours before or after other medications and natural health products. Keep it at least four hours apart from levothyroxine unless your pharmacist provides different instructions.
 
At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin or another anticoagulant, as the formula contains vitamins K1 and K2
Take levothyroxine or have a thyroid condition, as it contains iodine and zinc
Take diabetes medication, as chromium may affect blood-glucose control
Take a tetracycline or quinolone antibiotic, as zinc can reduce its absorption
Are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding
Have liver or kidney disease or another medical condition
 
Do not combine it with another multivitamin or high-dose vitamin A, vitamin D, iodine or zinc supplement unless advised by a healthcare professional.
 
Each capsule provides 25 mg of zinc without added copper. Prolonged use alongside other zinc products may affect copper status; ask our pharmacist to review your total intake if this will be used long term.
 
The formula contains preformed vitamin A and is not a substitute for a purpose-designed prenatal containing appropriate iron, folate, choline and other pregnancy nutrients.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Vegetarian capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and purified water, plus ascorbyl palmitate.
 
Gluten-free, non-GMO and vegetarian. It is not vegan because the vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin.
 
The manufacturer includes soy among the substances excluded from its finished products; however, its ingredient-source information identifies the vitamin E as originating from purified soybean oil. Highly refined oil generally contains very little soy protein, but anyone with a severe soy allergy should confirm suitability directly with the manufacturer and check the current physical label before use.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
