Probiotic effects are strain-specific and vary between individuals. This formula should not be advertised as a treatment for irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, yeast infections or another diagnosed condition without evidence specific to its strains.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily.
 
When taking antibiotics, separate the probiotic by at least 2–3 hours. At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 20- to 60-day supply.
 
Keep the bottle refrigerated.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition, including AIDS or lymphoma, or if you are receiving long-term corticosteroid treatment.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a central venous catheter, serious underlying illness or significantly weakened immune system
Have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain
Are receiving chemotherapy, immunosuppressive medication or treatment following an organ transplant
 
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if diarrhea or another digestive symptom develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.
 
Mild temporary gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements may occur when beginning a probiotic. Seek medical assessment for dehydration, persistent fever, severe pain, black or bloody stool, or ongoing diarrhea.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HA-119: 1.75 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum HA-132: 1.5 billion CFU
Lacticaseibacillus paracasei HA-108: 750 million CFU
Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum HA-135: 750 million CFU
Ligilactobacillus salivarius HA-118: 250 million CFU
 
The medicinal-ingredient table totals 25 billion CFU per capsule. Flora also describes the product as containing at least 42 billion viable cells at manufacture, reflecting additional manufacturing overage used to help maintain potency during shelf life.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Potato starch, hypromellose, ascorbic acid, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, skim milk, trypticase-soy broth, sucrose, trehalose and yeast extract. Several ingredients are used as cryoprotectants to help preserve the probiotic cultures.
 
Contains milk and soy-derived ingredients. Do not use if you have a milk or soy allergy. This product is vegetarian but not vegan.
 
Labelled gluten-free. Customers with celiac disease or another serious food allergy should confirm the current physical package before use.

Keep refrigerated to maintain the viable-culture count. Do not freeze or leave the bottle exposed to heat for extended periods. Close the cap tightly after use and do not use after the expiry date.
