WHY WE STOCK IT
A women-focused formula combining 17.6 billion colony-forming units (CFU) from seven probiotic strains with concentrated cranberry extract. It helps maintain healthy vaginal flora, supports gastrointestinal health and helps prevent recurrent urinary tract infections in women.
 
The probiotic blend includes strains selected for their natural presence in healthy female microflora, including Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HN001 and Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14.
 
BEST FOR
Adult women seeking daily vaginal, urinary-tract and digestive support, particularly those with a history of recurrent—not currently active—urinary tract infections.
 
This oral probiotic does not treat an active UTI, bacterial vaginosis, vaginal yeast infection or sexually transmitted infection. Burning, unusual discharge, pelvic discomfort and urinary symptoms can have different causes and should not automatically be self-diagnosed.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adult women: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
 
For recurrent UTIs: Take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Use for at least four weeks to assess beneficial effects.
 
Take each dose at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
 
At one capsule daily, the package provides a 30-day supply. At the recurrent-UTI dose, it provides a 15-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition. This includes significant immune suppression caused by illness, chemotherapy, transplant medication or another immunosuppressive treatment unless specifically approved by the treating healthcare professional.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take warfarin or another blood thinner, have a history of kidney stones, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a central venous catheter or live with a serious underlying illness.
 
Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and seek advice if digestive upset develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.
 
Seek prompt assessment for fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, pain in the back or side, blood in the urine, pregnancy with urinary symptoms, or symptoms that are severe or worsening. These may indicate a kidney infection or another condition requiring treatment.
 
Women with typical uncomplicated UTI symptoms may be eligible for assessment and prescribing by an Ontario pharmacist. A probiotic should not delay appropriate antibiotic treatment when it is required.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the box or its contents are open or damaged.

Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL-60 and CUL-21: 5 billion CFU
Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HN001: 2 billion CFU
Lactobacillus gasseri CUL-09: 1.3 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL-34 and Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL-20: 1.3 billion CFU
Cranberry fruit extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon): 300 mg
Dried cranberry equivalent: approximately 10.8 g
 
Total probiotic potency: 17.6 billion CFU per capsule.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Hypromellose, cellulose and silica.
 
Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO tested and made without added fructooligosaccharides.
 
The product is labelled soy-free. It does not contain soy lecithin.
 
STORAGE AND SHIPPING
The 30-capsule version has traditionally required refrigeration below 8°C. Genestra also markets a separate shelf-stable Women’s Daily format under the same NPN, so follow the storage instructions printed on the exact package supplied.
