A vegan sustained-release formula providing 3 mg of melatonin per capsule. It is designed to release melatonin gradually over approximately six to eight hours, supporting both sleep onset and sleep maintenance.
 
BEST FOR
Adults who take longer than expected to fall asleep, experience sleep restriction or have an altered sleep schedule due to shift work or travel. Melatonin can help reset the sleep–wake cycle and relieve daytime fatigue associated with jet lag.
 
This sustained-release format may be more appropriate for people who wake during the night than an immediate-release product. Persistent insomnia still requires assessment for underlying causes such as sleep apnea, medication effects, pain, anxiety or hormonal changes.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults aged 19 and older: Take 1–2 capsules once daily at or shortly before bedtime. Swallow the capsules whole so the sustained-release mechanism works as intended.
 
For jet lag, take the dose at bedtime while travelling and after arriving until adapted to the new time zone. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than four weeks.
 
Depending on the dose, 60 capsules provide a 30- to 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not drive, operate machinery or perform activities requiring alertness for at least five hours after taking melatonin.
 
Avoid alcohol, cannabis and other products that cause drowsiness. Ask our pharmacist before combining melatonin with sleep aids, sedatives, antidepressants, antipsychotics, seizure medication, blood-pressure medication, blood thinners, steroids or immunosuppressants.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, migraines, a hormonal disorder or a seizure disorder.
 
Possible effects include morning drowsiness, vivid dreams, headache, dizziness, nausea or confusion. Stop use and seek advice if an allergic reaction, confusion, persistent headache or nausea occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than four weeks.

Each vegetable capsule provides 3 mg of melatonin. The full two-capsule dose provides 6 mg.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients are hypromellose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
