Adult men seeking nutritional and adaptogenic support for healthy testosterone production, energy, stress resilience and exercise performance. When combined with regular resistance training, it may help improve physical performance in previously untrained men aged 18–50.
 
Persistent fatigue, reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass or suspected low testosterone should be medically assessed. This product is not testosterone replacement therapy and does not guarantee an increase in testosterone.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, a few hours before or after medications and other natural health products.
 
For physical-performance benefits, use for at least eight weeks. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than 12 weeks. At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are trying to conceive or have diabetes, kidney or liver disease, benign prostate enlargement, prostate cancer or symptoms of low estrogen.
 
BioPerine® may alter the absorption or effects of many medications and supplements. Ask our pharmacist to review all medications before use, particularly diabetes medication, thyroid medication, sedatives, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants or drugs requiring carefully controlled blood levels.
 
Ashwagandha may cause drowsiness. Avoid combining this product with alcohol, sedative medications or natural products with sedating effects. Use caution before driving until you know how it affects you.
 
Stop use and seek medical advice if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, abdominal pain or other symptoms of liver trouble develop. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if joint pain, mood or libido changes, hot flashes or other symptoms of low estrogen occur.
