A concentrated 12-herb tincture combining turmeric with ginger, boswellia, holy basil, green tea, rosemary, oregano, olive leaf, giant knotweed, Oregon grape, Baikal skullcap and black pepper.
 
Turmeric and Oregon grape are traditionally used in herbal medicine as anti-inflammatories to help relieve rheumatic and joint discomfort. Black pepper is included to complement the turmeric-based formula.

This tincture is not an immediate pain reliever and should not replace assessment or prescribed treatment for inflammatory arthritis, fibromyalgia, bursitis, tendonitis or a significant injury.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2–3 mL, equivalent to approximately 60–90 drops, three times daily in a small amount of water with food.
 
At the labelled dose of 6–9 mL daily, the 50 mL bottle provides approximately a 5- to 8-day supply.
 
Shake before use and measure each dose carefully.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, another anticoagulant, an antiplatelet medication or regular aspirin
Take blood-pressure medication, diabetes medication or any other prescription medication
Have gallstones, a blocked bile duct, a stomach ulcer or excess stomach acid
Have an iron deficiency
Have heart, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, abnormal blood pressure or edema
Take a diuretic or another natural health product
Are preparing for surgery
 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while attempting to conceive, or if you are allergic to plants in the mint family—such as basil, mint, rosemary, sage or thyme—or the olive family.
 
Turmeric, ginger, boswellia and giant knotweed may affect bleeding, while black pepper and several other ingredients may alter the way medications are absorbed or metabolized. Separate review is particularly important when several prescription medications are used.
 
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
 
Stop immediately and seek medical advice if symptoms of liver trouble develop, including yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual sweating, nausea, abdominal pain, marked tiredness or loss of appetite.
 
The tincture contains alcohol and oregano essential oil. Keep out of reach of children and do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Ginger root 1:1 extract: 0.12 mL, equivalent to 120 mg
Green-tea leaf 1:4 extract: 0.12 mL, equivalent to 30 mg
Holy-basil leaf 1:4 extract: 0.12 mL, equivalent to 30 mg
Rosemary leaf 1:4 extract: 0.10 mL, equivalent to 25 mg
Boswellia resin 1:4 extract: 0.08 mL, equivalent to 20 mg
Olive leaf 1:4 extract: 0.08 mL, equivalent to 20 mg
Oregano leaf 1:4 extract: 0.08 mL, equivalent to 20 mg
Giant-knotweed root 1:4 extract: 0.07 mL, equivalent to 17.5 mg
Oregon-grape root-bark 1:4 extract: 0.05 mL, equivalent to 12.5 mg
Baikal-skullcap root 1:4 extract: 0.05 mL, equivalent to 12.5 mg
