HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 mL—approximately 60 drops—three times daily in a small amount of water on an empty stomach. Take it a few hours before or after medications because marshmallow may affect their absorption.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or if you have low potassium, high blood pressure, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease. Do not combine with thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides such as digoxin, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other products that may disturb electrolyte levels. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if breastfeeding, taking blood thinners or living with a liver disorder. Avoid if sensitive to salicylates or allergic to plants in the daisy family. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs, and seek advice if symptoms persist or worsen. This tincture contains alcohol.
