HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals. At the labelled dose, 120 capsules provide a 40-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than 12 weeks.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have anemia, gallstones, cardiovascular disease, gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or peptic ulcer disease. Check with our pharmacist if you take acid-reducing medication such as an antacid, famotidine or a proton-pump inhibitor, since betaine HCl has the opposite effect. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms persist, worsen or cause burning or stomach pain. Keep out of reach of children.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each capsule contains betaine hydrochloride 500 mg and peppermint leaf extract 60 mg, equivalent to 1,200 mg of dried peppermint leaf. The formula is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free and yeast-free. Soy is not listed among the ingredients, but the manufacturer does not specifically label this product soy-free.
