WHY WE STOCK IT
A shelf-stable, unflavoured probiotic powder containing eight bacterial strains and 5 billion CFU per ¼ teaspoon. It is designed to support gastrointestinal health and help maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora in children and adolescents.
 
The powder mixes easily into drinks or soft foods, making it a practical option for children who cannot swallow capsules or dislike flavoured chewables.
 
BEST FOR
Children one year and older who need daily digestive and intestinal-flora support, including after antibiotic use. The age-adjusted directions allow the same product to be used from the toddler years through adolescence.
 
This general probiotic formula is not specifically licensed to treat antibiotic-associated diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome or an intestinal infection.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Dissolve the powder in a cool or room-temperature liquid or mix it into soft food:
Children 1–2 years: ¼ teaspoon once daily
Children 3–5 years: ¼ teaspoon twice daily
Children 6–11 years: ¼ teaspoon three times daily
Adolescents 12 years and older: ½ teaspoon twice daily
 
Take it at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics. Do not mix the powder into hot food or drinks, as excessive heat may reduce the number of live probiotic organisms.
 
Use a proper measuring spoon and follow the physical package directions.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if the child has an immune-compromised condition, including AIDS or lymphoma, or is receiving prolonged corticosteroid treatment.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if the child has nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and seek advice if diarrhea or another digestive disturbance develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.
 
This product contains ingredients derived from milk and soy. Do not use it for a child with a milk or soy allergy. Milk-derived ingredients may also make it unsuitable for some children with severe lactose or dairy intolerance.
 
Probiotics can initially cause mild gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements. Seek prompt medical care for dehydration, persistent vomiting, blood in the stool, severe abdominal pain, unusual drowsiness or a high or persistent fever.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

STORAGE
Shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. Keep the container tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Always use a clean, dry measuring spoon.
