A single-ingredient herbal formula providing 625 mg of puncture-vine fruit per capsule. Tribulus is traditionally used in Ayurveda as an aphrodisiac for men, as a diuretic and to help relieve difficult or painful urination.

Adult men seeking traditional herbal support for sexual vitality. It may also be used occasionally for its traditional diuretic and urinary indications after more serious causes of urinary symptoms have been excluded.
 
Despite being commonly marketed as a testosterone booster, clinical evidence that tribulus reliably raises testosterone, builds muscle or improves athletic performance is limited. Persistent low libido, erectile dysfunction or suspected low testosterone should be medically assessed.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with food.
 
Use only occasionally when taking it for its diuretic effect. At the labelled dose of six capsules daily, 120 capsules provide a 20-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask our pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, low blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, or take medication for blood sugar, blood pressure or fluid balance.
 
The product may increase urination. Do not combine it with prescription diuretics or other strongly diuretic supplements without professional guidance. Maintain adequate fluid intake and stop use if dizziness, weakness or signs of dehydration occur.
 
Diuretic effects, stomach discomfort and allergic reactions have been reported. Stop use and seek advice if a rash, swelling or other hypersensitivity reaction develops. Rare reports have associated tribulus-containing supplements with serious liver, kidney or muscle injury; seek prompt assessment for dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, severe muscle pain or reduced urination.
 
Painful urination, blood in the urine, fever, back or flank pain, inability to urinate or persistent urinary symptoms require medical assessment and should not be treated with tribulus alone.
 
INGREDIENT & ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Each vegetarian capsule contains 625 mg of Tribulus terrestris—puncture-vine fruit. This is powdered fruit and is not identified as a standardized high-saponin extract.
 
The only non-medicinal ingredient is hypromellose in the vegetarian capsule shell. Free from dairy, yeast, corn, wheat and gluten.
