The formula is composed primarily of mushroom fruiting bodies, with cordyceps supplied as mycelium.

HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take the capsules with a meal if gastrointestinal upset occurs.
 
The labelled daily dose provides 2,400 mg of mushroom extracts. At six capsules daily, the 90-capsule bottle provides a 15-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, another anticoagulant or an antiplatelet medication
Have diabetes or take medication that lowers blood glucose
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have an autoimmune condition, bleeding disorder or upcoming surgery
Take an immunosuppressant or are receiving cancer treatment
Have a known mould or mushroom allergy
 
Several medicinal mushrooms may influence immune activity, blood-glucose control or bleeding. Do not combine this formula with prescription treatment for these conditions without professional guidance.
 
Hypersensitivity or an allergic reaction may occur. Stop use and seek medical advice if a rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulty or another allergic symptom develops. Digestive effects such as nausea, bloating or loose stools are also possible.
 
Do not use this supplement as a substitute for prescribed cancer treatment, diabetes medication, vaccination or medical assessment of persistent fatigue or recurrent infection.

Each vegetable capsule contains 400 mg of hot-water-extracted mushrooms:
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) extract: 68 mg
Coriolus or turkey tail (Trametes versicolor) extract: 68 mg
Maitake (Grifola frondosa) extract: 68 mg
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) extract: 68 mg
Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) extract: 68 mg
Cordyceps (Paecilomyces hepiali) extract: 30 mg
Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) extract: 30 mg
 
Each extract is standardized to 40% polysaccharides. The complete blend is composed of approximately 92.5% fruiting body from six mushrooms and 7.5% cordyceps mycelium.
 
Polysaccharides include beta-glucans, but a 40% total-polysaccharide standardization should not be interpreted as providing 40% beta-glucans unless the physical label specifically confirms beta-glucan testing.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate in a non-GMO vegetable capsule made from carbohydrate gum and purified water.
 
Vegan-friendly and non-GMO. Labelled free from gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, starch, sugar, preservatives and artificial flavours or colours.
