A moisturizing conditioner formulated with biotin, panthenol and plant oils to help improve the feel, manageability and appearance of fine, weak or damaged hair. Conditioning ingredients help smooth the hair shaft, reduce flyaways and leave hair looking fuller and healthier.
 
Some newer versions are labelled Thickening Biotin + Hyaluronic Acid Conditioner, while older Canadian packaging may say Restorative Biotin Conditioner.
 
BEST FOR
Fine, limp, dry or breakage-prone hair that needs conditioning without an especially heavy treatment. Biotin, panthenol, glycerin and plant-derived emollients help condition and temporarily improve the appearance of hair thickness and strength.
 
Topical biotin conditioner does not treat nutritional biotin deficiency, alopecia or medically significant hair loss. Its volumizing effects are cosmetic and last only while the hair remains conditioned.
 
HOW TO USE IT
After shampooing, distribute a small amount through damp hair, paying particular attention to the mid-lengths and ends.
 
Leave it on for one to two minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use less product near the roots if your hair is fine or becomes weighed down easily.
 
SAFETY CAUTIONS
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
 
The formula contains botanical oils, including mint-derived ingredients that may produce a cooling sensation or irritate sensitive scalps. Stop use if persistent burning, itching, redness, swelling or a rash develops.
 
Do not use on a severely irritated, infected or injured scalp. Seek professional assessment for sudden hair loss, bald patches, scalp sores or persistent shedding rather than relying on a cosmetic conditioner.
 
Keep out of reach of children.

Contains soybean-derived ingredients and is not suitable for customers requiring a soy-free hair-care product. Some older Restorative Biotin formulas also contain hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed sweet-almond seedcake, lavender extracts or added fragrance.
