An easy, vegetarian way to supplement vitamin D without swallowing tablets. Each fruit-flavoured gummy provides 1,000 IU (25 mcg) of vitamin D3 to support immune function and help maintain healthy bones and teeth.
BEST FOR
Adults, adolescents and children aged three years and older who receive limited sun exposure or need help meeting their daily vitamin D requirements. The gummies are gelatin-free, gluten-free and dairy-free. Not intended for children younger than three.
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults, adolescents and children aged three years and older: chew 1 gummy daily. Take it with a meal, preferably one containing some dietary fat, to support absorption. Do not exceed the label dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Ask our pharmacist before use if you take digoxin, a thiazide diuretic or high-dose calcium or vitamin D. Consultation is also recommended for people with kidney disease, kidney stones, elevated calcium levels or parathyroid disorders. Check the vitamin D content of your other supplements to avoid taking more than intended.
