Adults aged 50+ looking for convenient, daily digestive and gut-flora support. It may be particularly useful when dietary changes, travel or antibiotic use disrupt normal digestive routines. It is not intended to treat persistent or unexplained gastrointestinal symptoms.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: take 1 capsule daily. It may be taken with or without food. If using an antibiotic, take this probiotic at least 2–3 hours before or after the antibiotic. Consistent daily use is recommended.
 
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Do not use if you are taking tetracycline or have an immunocompromised condition, including AIDS, lymphoma or long-term corticosteroid treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and seek advice if digestive upset develops, worsens or persists for more than three days.
