HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Chew 2 tablets daily, or use as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Each daily dose supplies 200 mg of L-theanine. At the current labelled dose, 120 tablets provide a 60-day supply. Effects may begin within approximately 30–40 minutes.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Although L-theanine is generally considered non-sedating, individual responses vary. Use caution before driving until you know how it affects you.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask our pharmacist before combining it with benzodiazepines, sleep medication, other sedatives, stimulants, blood-pressure medication or cancer chemotherapy. L-theanine may enhance calming medications or contribute to lower blood pressure in some people.

Each chewable tablet provides Suntheanine® L-theanine 100 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients include cane sugar, stearic acid, xylitol, silica, natural tropical-fruit flavours, citric acid and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
 
Each tablet contains approximately 125 mg of xylitol.
 
Keep this product away from dogs—xylitol is highly toxic to dogs, even in relatively small quantities.
 
Vegan and free from dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, artificial colours, preservatives and artificial sweeteners. NPN 80019119.
